The once big name festival that showcased the best in Alternative music will be taking another stab at bringing anti-pop bands to the masses. 10+ years ago, it was the concert event of the year, but now Lollapalooza can't seem to reignite the same spark that attracted so many new fans. From 5-year breaks to poor ticket sales to cancelled tours, the festival hasn't been able to get it done. Now it attempts to stage another comeback, and Chicago will be the next launching pad.
