Quick Edit for Desperate Housewives

With the recent death of the Pope, the producers had to make a quick edit to last Sunday night's episode of Desperate Housewives. While attending the funeral of Gabrielle's (Eva Longoria) mother-in-law, Bree said to Lynette "You have to hand it to the Catholics, they do grief better than anyone." Though the line wasn't readily seen as offensive, the decision was made to dub over the word Catholics. Housewives newest neighbor, Grey's Anatomy, seems to be flying high. After a stellar premiere week, it added another 2 million viewers this past week to come in at 18.2 million. This definitely brings into question what ABC is going to do with Boston Legal. It is set to return to its Sunday night slot, but with Grey's success ABC may have to find another time slot for the legal drama.
