After months holed up in a Vancouver recording studio, Canada's favourite West Coast collective has wrapped work on their third full-length album. Dubbed Twin Cinema, the follow-up to 2003's Electric Version will make its debut on the presumably sunny day of August 23rd via Mint Records in Canada (Matador in the US).

Those who can't wait until August 23rd for Twin Cinema (like a certain news writer) can go to the band's website at www.thenewpornographers.com to download the title-track from the album, which has been described as some of the band's best work.
