Sneaky Sharing

The file sharing battle has been quiet of late as the record companies continue to sue their customers and the news agencies give them less press for doing so. File sharing is down or is it? It's true that once popular file sharing programs like Kaaza have seen their number of users cut in half, but what of the underground avenues like Usenet and invitation-only networks? File sharing hasn't stopped; it has just gotten more sophisticated. This is a very intriguing article on the state of file sharing, the RIAA/MPAA's actions against these new threats and the laws being pushed around in Congress to deal with these issues.
