For those of us that got our hands on the leaked version of Fiona Apple's Extraordinary Machine, it was a bittersweet aquisition of an album that deserved so much more fanfare than the lengths of piracy that resulted because of record company politics. The album, originally recorded in 2002, will recieve a new breath of life with the help of Dr. Dre's right hand man, Mike Elizondo, and is scheduled for an October 4th release. "Now that my album is finally finished, I am very, very excited to have people hear what we did - I am so proud of it, and all of us who worked on it." said Apple in a statement. It's about time!
