Super-Size Me in Reverse

You've got to hand it to Morgan Spurlock. He sure pissed off a lot of people when he implied in Super-Size Me that part of the blame for America's obesity epidemic rests on fast food restaurants like McDonalds. Merab Morgan set out on an entirely different experiment, only eating Mickey D's for 90 days and dropping 37 pounds. She was trying to make a point that the blame rests on people's choices and not on the restaurants. Unlike Spurlock, she was very diligent in mapping out her daily diet to stay under 1400 calories. How many people could eat all their meals at McDonalds and stay under 1400 calories? That's a lot of McSalads. I think she missed the point of Spurlock's film. It's not that people can't make healthy choices, its that these restaurants don't provide us with ample healthy options and clearly posted nutritional information to make the correct choices.
