Federer Wins U.S. Open
By: Mark Runyon | Category: Television News | 09/11/05 | 07:16 PM

Roger does it again. After Andre handed him a rare loss in the second set and took the third to tiebreak, Federer took over, nailing shots with his dominant strength and amazing accuracy. The win gives him the illustrious double double (consecutive Wimbledon and US Open wins) that hasn't been seen since Don Budge in 1937. It still remains to be seen if this was the last Open for Agassi who is said to be making that decision at the end of the year. Federer extends his remarkable record of 23 finals without a loss.
