After a long hiatus due to baseball playoff coverage, its one-two punch last week brought in a meager 4 million viewers. Fox will take Arrested and Kitchen Confidential off the schedule for the next three weeks for November sweeps, replacing them with reruns of Prison Break. The quality of television took a hefty blow on that announcement.
