Netflix was all ready to let you download your favorite films to your desktop, but they've hit a snag -- Hollywood studios. It seems there have been difficulties securing licensing agreements due to Hollywood's reluctance to release their pictures into the wild of the Internet. Netflix's CEO said the company would continue to work on the infrastructure for the service with the hopes that future negotiations will thaw their frozen plans.
