After briefly flirting with greatness, the Georgia Bulldogs will wrap up their season as the 2005 SEC Champions. They schooled #4 LSU 34-14, handing the Tigers their second loss since the overtime defeat against Tennessee early in the season. Georgia will take their 10-2 record and advance on to the Sugar Bowl January 2nd at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. USC and Texas also closed out their seasons with huge victories setting up the showdown of the titans at the Rose Bowl.
