Cat Power's winter tour was shelved due to undisclosed health problems, but it is on again with a handful of West Coast appearances being announced. Chan Marshall will be keeping her existing dates at Bonnaroo and Coachella though previously scheduled stops in Boston, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago have yet to be addressed.
