Last week news came from the Keane camp that lead singer Tom Chaplin had been officially diagnosed with exhaustion. It now looks like drugs and alcohol may have been the root of the problem as he was admitted to rehab. "I've been having to deal with an increasing problem with drink and drugs, and the time has come to get the professional help I need to sort myself out," Chaplin posted on the band's website. This unforeseen stop will postpone all the September dates on the band's North American tour. At the moment, the October dates remain unaltered. Keane's new album Under the Iron Sea entered the Billboard charts at number 4.
